Good nutrition plays an important role in overall health and independence. TriWellness offers meal preparation services in the home and can also help coordinate meal delivery services for eligible clients.

Meal support services include:

• Meal planning
• In-home meal preparation
• Grocery shopping
• Special diet support (as directed by the client or healthcare provider)
• Coordination of meal delivery services when available
• Assistance with organizing meals and snacks

Goal: Help every client enjoy nutritious, convenient meals while remaining safely at home.

Note: Meal Delivery Coordination/Support is a separate service from Meal Preparation (which involves staff preparing meals in clients' homes).
